What is a PDF Rotator?
A PDF rotator is a tool that changes the orientation of one or more pages inside a PDF document. Every PDF stores an orientation flag per page; editors view that flag and display the page rotated. If your file was scanned sideways or saved with the wrong orientation, you fix it by changing that flag — not redrawing the page.
